Glo Digital is proud to announce that we're replacing our long-lived but very plain Drupal-based support system with a cloud-based system we're calling our Client Portal.
Most importantly for now, the Client Portal will allow you to lodge a support ticket by simply emailing email@example.com. We'll reply to you by email and all communication will be logged in the system. When you receive your login details later, you'll be able to log in to see a list of all tickets you have lodged.
Alternatively of course you can phone us on 07 3879 1740 and we'll lodge a ticket for you.
Please note that you will not be able to use our current system at http://support.glodigital.com.au from Monday 2 July 2012. However, this system will remain available so that you can see historical information.
Within the next month or so, we'll make the new Client Portal login available to you. This will allow you to view and/or manage your support tickets, projects, contracts, invoices, etc. All your interactions with Glo Digital will be logged in a central place so you and your staff can access this information easily.
