Engaging our services
All quotations and proposals submitted by Glo Digital will be valid for no longer than thirty (30) days from the date of quotation, unless otherwise specified by us.
To engage our services we require return of the appropriate signed customer agreement and payment of the initial invoice.
Any variations to the scope or specifications of your project will also require your signed approval.
Any completion date provided in a quotation or proposal is an estimate only. While we will do everything possible to keep the project moving, Glo Digital is not liable for delays due to late delivery or non-delivery of information or instructions by the customer.
All services provided by Glo Digital are to be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any Australian Federal, State or Local law or the laws of any other relevant jurisdiction, is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, material that jeopardizes national security, or material protected by trade secret or other laws. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Glo Digital, from any claims resulting from the customer's use of Glo Digital’s services which damages the subscriber or any other party.
Invoices are issued at commencement of the project or services, completion of a milestone or on a monthly basis. Payment is required fourteen (14) days from the date of invoice, unless we have otherwise agreed in writing.
Services will not be supplied to customers with overdue accounts until such time as their account is brought up to date, and overdue account fees may be charged. Glo Digital will have the right to retain possession of any work produced and materials which are the property of the customer until such time as the account is paid within the agreed terms of trading. In the event of non-payment of an account, the customer agrees that Glo Digital will be entitled to claim all legal costs, interest and damages incurred by it in recovering debt. Glo Digital reserves the right to require up-front payment for all services provided to customers with a poor credit history.
